Nor Azura binti Sa’at
Founder & Chairman
Nor Azura is the founder and chairman of ORAZU, where she drives strategic growth, fosters positive organizational cultures, and empowers talent development.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Human Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Nor Azura began her career in human resource management at Inai Kiara Sdn Bhd, once Malaysia’s largest dredging and reclamation company. Over time, she advanced from a junior executive role to a management position, overseeing nearly 2,000 employees.
With a strong foundation in HR laws and practices, and over 15 years of experience, Nor Azura specializes in optimizing business productivity by aligning employee well-being with organizational goals.
Her expertise in conflict resolution, HR strategy, and business operations has made her a sought-after partner for businesses aiming for sustainable success.
Beyond her corporate career, Nor Azura’s passion for education led her to establish a one-to-one tuition service, catering to the needs of students in the Klang Valley area.
She is also deeply committed to charitable work, including providing welfare aid to employees at her workplace, participating in community initiatives, and spearheading efforts to assist victims of natural disasters and those affected by tragedies.
Nor Azura was a coordinator of a hospital fund project during the COVID-19 pandemic, which raised funds to purchase medical equipment for 11 hospitals in the Klang Valley. The initiative was organized by Ideas Berhad and Projek Bangsa Malaysia.
She also assisted in the fundraising for the Ideas Autism Centre (IAC), and was involved in the establishment of its second center in Nilai.
Her ability to foster collaborative partnerships has led to the successful growth and expansion of various initiatives.
An art and theater enthusiast, Nor Azura has been involved in theater since her school years and continued her passion in university. She also contributed to performing arts at company events and has incorporated creativity into her leadership approach.
A strong advocate for mental health and community issues, Nor Azura is dedicated to raising awareness of self-love and well-being.

Nor Hatika Duriy binti Mustapha
Vice Chairman cum Financial Controller
LAr. Nor Hatika Duriy Binti Mustapha is the Vice Chairman and Financial Controller of ORAZU; Managing Director of Rimbun City Landscape Sdn Bhd; Director of Pentas Borneo Sdn Bhd.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Project Management at Open University Malaysia.
Throughout her career in landscape architecture, Hatika Duriy has demonstrated dedication to her work, advancing from assistant planner to project manager within a few years.
As a Senior Landscape Architect, Hatika Duriy brings over 15 years of experience in designing and managing landscape architecture projects that harmonize with the natural environment.
With experience in sustainable design, urban development, and project management, she creates aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
Hatika Duriy has a strong background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their goals while enhancing community well-being.
Her skills and experience also include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating partnerships, and markets to drive growth, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and monitoring performance against financial goals.
In addition to her extensive experience in landscape architecture, Hatika Duriy has a deep passion for cooking. She also owns a restaurant and provides catering services.
During the recent major floods in several areas of Sarawak, Hatika Duriy actively assisted flood victims in Serian by cooking for them.
With high expertise in budget management, Hatika Duriy plays a key role as Vice Chairman and Financial Controller of ORAZU, ensuring that the budget for each project is well planned and executed, while also ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Mohammad Hadzwan bin Hj Siri
Chief Business Strategy & Risk Management
Mohammad Hadzwan bin Hj Siri is the Chief Business Strategy & Risk Management at ORAZU.
He graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, with a Bachelor of Arts and Design (Hons) in Graphic Design and a Minor in Photography.
A skilled communicator, Hadzwan has not only managed projects in the fields of art and design but was also entrusted with the role of Business Development Officer. His responsibilities encompassed art and design, marketing, IT security, networking infrastructures, database systems, identifying and researching potential clients, and preparing business proposals.
Hadzwan has continued to build his career in business development across various industries, including construction and healthcare, and has worked with the prominent conglomerate Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad.
With over 10 years of experience in business development and risk management, Hadzwan has successfully led teams and managed projects across Sarawak.
In addition, Hadzwan is a talented event host and has extensive experience in organizing corporate and private events, including those attended by VVIPs.
Abg Mohd Haziq Azizi bin Abang Mustapha
Chief Corporate Affairs & Integrity
Abg Mohd Haziq Azizi Bin Abang Mustapha is the Chief Corporate Affairs & Integrity of ORAZU.
Haziq started his career in retail immediately after finishing his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, before continuing his studies in landscape architecture. Upon graduation, he became a draftsman at a consulting firm.
His deep interest in business led Haziq to establish Bucida Company, a supplier of clothing, accessories, and cosmetics in Kuching, Sarawak. In addition, he also provides travel tour services.
To further enhance his business skills, Haziq actively participates in entrepreneurship courses.
His extensive experience in various business sectors has allowed him to interact with people from all walks of life. Haziq’s high integrity has earned him the loyalty of his clients.
